Poonam Sheoran is currently pursuing her PhD in Nursing and is working as an Associate Professor at Maharishi Markandeshwar University. She has published more than 25 papers in national and international journals and has been serving as a member of Research Committee at institutional level. She has completed her Post-graduate degrees in the field of Nursing, Sociology, Psychotherapy and Counseling. She has been awarded INSPIRE fellowship for Doctorate by Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of India and Presidents’ Gold Medal award for academic excellence during MSc Nursing program.

Elif Gursoy has completed her PhD in obstetrics and gynecology nursing at Marmara University School of Nursing in Istanbul, Turkey; then postdoctoral study at University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing in Philadelphia, USA. Besides working as a clinical nurse in OB/GYN for seven years, she started her professional career in the Ministry of Health in Ankara. She worked for the General Directorate (GD) of Maternal and Infant Health and Family Planning for three years and later GD of Nursing for seven years. She carried out several national and international projects related to both nursing and Turkey Reproductive Health Program, Sexual Health and Family Planning and some other projects i.e. development of the Nursing Law proposal and organizations of the in-service education programs for the clinical nurses. She is an Assoc. Prof. and Head of Department of Nursing, Faculty of Health Sciences, Eskisehir Osmangazi University, Turkey and the founding president of the Leadership Association in Nursing in Turkey as well. Her research interests are women’s health and gender discrimination, health policy and leadership in nursing. She has written and reviewed many papers. She is founding president of the Leadership Association in Nursing in Turkey.

Linda McDaniel is a Certified Nurse Midwife practicing in the Atlanta area and Course Faculty at Frontier Nursing University. She earned her DNP and MSN degrees from Frontier Nursing University. She is a volunteer for Shared Hope International. She is currently conducting research on this topic and the impact it has on her community. She is passionate about this topic and utilize opportunities to inform communities about this growing problem.

Dr Young uniquely applies her years of academic research in perinatal nutrition to the real-world scenario of infant feeding. As a Certified Lactation Counselor and academic researcher in human milk composition, Dr Young is able to translate primary scientific medical literature into applicable insights. Dr. Young uses her expertise daily with individual families to construct individualized feeding plans that resolve infant feeding issues and optimize health. She is passionate about sharing this expertise with health-care providers and providing them with research-based, unbiased education about infant formula and nutrition, so they can adequately support their patients through the challenging postnatal period

He is the director of Laboratory of Neuroendocrine Studies in Harbin Medical University. He has published more than 35 papers in reputed journals and has been serving as an editorial board member of the Frontiers in Cellular Neuroscience
