Biography

Hannah is the Founder of Ask The Midwife Limited and a Registered Midwife. Since becoming a Midwife, she has worked in a number of roles including Research, Caseload Midwifery, and Patient Experience & Social Media, heading up services for users such as a Young Parent's Facebook Group. She is a a Midwife, she has grown more passionate about improving health outcomes for mothers and babies. She advocates for women to stand up for their rights and their access to informed choice. Hannah has also been a morale booster in the NHS, and has given a number of talks on using social media as a portal for peer-peer support for Midwives, and trying to integrate social media into healthcare, winning an Award in 2014 for patient carer and public engagement.Hannah is now a successful entrepreneur, having built Ask the Midwife, the UK’s first ever health advice app, run by registered midwives.
